We are Daniel and Steven. We have over ten collective years of multimedia (offline and online) knowledge as staff, volunteers and consultants. We’ve worked on projects with deadlines ranging from a few hours to months depending upon the level of complexity and client requirements. We’ve worked with individuals from fields ranging from an individual artist trying to break out to companies who’ve been in business for years trying to connect with a new generation in the online medium. We have an understanding of the collaborative nature needed to bring a concept from inception to completion and always look forward to the next challenge.We appreciate you visiting our site and welcome any remarks, suggestions and customer feedback. Daniel Griffin - Co-Founder 1st Grade Design
Multi-faceted technology professional with familiarity managing enterprise implementations of healthcare information and EMR systems. Skilled and educated in gathering, analyzing and defining business and functional requirements; creating global metrics, trend charts and other decision-making tools; leading data-modeling and process-mapping initiatives; and designing/re-engineering processes, workflows and technology solutions for healthcare systems and networks. Proven ability to lead seamless implementations and deliver next-generation technical solutions improving revenues, margins and workplace productivity. Consistently recognized by senior management for superior performance, management skills, and problem-solving ability. Strong background developing, testing, and documenting software. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with technical/non-technical users.
I was interested in finding an outlet that would allow me to express my creative side along with utilizing my knowledge learned in my MBA program. I am constantly “wired” when not at my desk and have a myriad of apps on my iPhone to keep in contact. I have some great ideas of how best to reach people on the web for the first time or looking for a fresh start. I am excited by companies who utilize the web as a communication medium and feel Steven and I can give any one a clean, fresh portfolio that can help drive sales and engage potential customers.
Steven Pastore - Co-Founder 1st Grade Design
Talented artist who started with a pen and pad, brush and canvas to a chisel and rock before becoming digital with graphic design applications such as Flash and Photoshop. Has spent the better part of the last decade using his artistic ability to advance the video game and fashion industries. Realizing his ability to make a visual statement, Steven starting working on freelance projects acquired outside of a publisher. As time goes on, Steven amasses a portfolio of print media ranging from album covers for musicians, digital sets and costuming for models, to logos, business cards and further promotional materials for businesses. Without a doubt, Steven's work makes a bold statement and will ensure your project stands out from the crowd.
